With the month of December focused on voting for the favorite album or artist of the past twelvemonth, selecting the best and most memorable underground electronic music tracks and discussing the biggest surprises, controversies and the greatest moments in dance music, it is fair to say that 2018 was an excellent year for electronic music; and December, in particular, is an outstanding month in release delivery closing this year in style.
It’s that time again, when we look back at all the amazing artwork put out by record labels in 2017. Equally as important as the music, is the sleeve that the artist chooses to encase his audio production in, adding a compelling component to the story of their work.

As another year comes to a close it’s time to look back at some of the finest tracks of 2016. This has been one of the most innovative years of underground electronic dance music, with a treasure-trove of productions that radiate with powerful musical elegance, boundless creativity, and infinite inspiration from both established artists, and new talent from around the world.

When listening to music, we want to feel a certain way, to be transported to an entirely different place, and an album’s sleeve, can help to do that
